Grantsburg
As you cross over the beautiful St. Croix River into Wisconsin, the Village of Grantsburg welcomes you with open arms. Home to the largest wildlife area in the state and with many access points to the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway, Grantsburg is the place to be for for wildlife and water enthusiasts alike. If you’re looking for an experience outside of its plentiful natural spaces, you’ll find world-class events throughout the year and an incredible dairy cooperative with modern cheese store and inviting bistro.
The village tagline “Start Here” couldn’t be more appropriate.

St. Croix National Scenic Riverway
Burnett County features 80 miles of the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway, and Grantsburg is your perfect access point.

Crex Meadows Wildlife Area
Over 30 thousand acres of protected wildlife area, Crex Meadows is a destination for birding and outdoor enthusiasts.

Held each July at Memory Lake Park, the World Championship Snowmobile Watercross is fun and excitement for the whole family.
Siren

Commerce, Siren is known for hosting family-friendly events throughout the year.

Webster
Travel just a few miles north and you’ll find yourself in the Village of Webster. With a quaint main street and a real “home town” feel, you’ll be welcomed into shops and diners with open arms. Webster is home to a unique art gallery featuring the photography of at-risk youth, a booming Memorial weekend craft fair and plenty of service businesses waiting to give you a hand.

Danbury
Up north a bit farther, you’ll reach the unincorporated hamlet of Danbury. Don’t let that unincorporated thing fool you. This small town has some big-city attractions and amenities, including a state-of-the-art Tribal casino, world-class sporting goods shop, a gift shop to decorate your cabin and homemade donuts.

In late summer you'll enjoy a good polka, brats, and put away a beer or two while donned in old-time German costumes.

Forts Folle Avoine
Burnett County is home to a truly unique historical attraction; an
80-acre park is the site of two early 1800s fur trading posts.
Webb Lake / A&H
In the northeastern part of the county you’ll find a constellation of smaller townships with much to offer. Down winding back roads to the east of Danbury is Webb Lake, a destination for motorsports enthusiasts year-round. It’s annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade and celebration brings thousands of people to the area.
Just down the road is the intersection of county roads A&H. Here you’ll find a quaint but robust corner store with everything from ice cream to minnows, a yoga and hair studio, wine store and plenty of drinking and dining options to choose from.

Namekagon River
The 12.5 miles that flow through the county are some of the most wild and scenic, offering naturally breathtaking views as you navigate the few stretches of rapids to the east of Namekagon Trail Landing.

St. Patricks Day
The annual celebration brings thousands of folks to Webb Lake for a day of family, friends and fun.

Lake Fun
Over 500 named lakes, most with public landings, offer visitors the chance to enjoy a day at the lake from one edge of the county to the other.
Hertel / Eastern Townships
Burnett County's Trade Lake region is home to the Fish Lake Wildlife Area and many opportunities for outdoor recreation on both water and trails.
In Hertel, the St. Croix Casino Hertel Express includes a casino, a convenience store, a truck stop, a 16-stall RV park and an 850-seat amphitheater. The tribe also owns and operates Southwinds Plaza.

St. Croix Casinos
The new complex also has a smoke shop with a drive-up window and walk-in humidor, an RV Park and an amphitheater.
