Join us on Saturday, May 9, 2020 for a fun and challenging course – compete as an individual or relay team:
�19 mile bike ride through Crex Meadows Wildlife Area
�Paddle approx 2 miles in Phantom Lake in Crex Meadows
�Run 8 (or opt for 4) miles through Crex Meadows and Memory Lake Park Trails.

Our Youth Triathlon is designed for ages 9-14 and includes:
�2 mile bike ride through a quiet and safe neighborhood
�Paddle 1/2 mile in Memory Lake
�Run 1 mile in Memory Lake Park Trails
