HSBC staff, volunteers and the public are invited to a workshop led by Casey McGee, certified professional dog trainer with Upward Hound, Star Prairie, WI. Morning session includes dog training 101, fear vs aggression and 5 ways to get a better behaved dog. Afternoon session is open to HSBC staff and volunteers and will focus on screening and protocols for play pairs, shelter enrichment on a budget and hands on demos with shelter dogs. RSVPs are encouraged as space is limited. There is no fee but coffee and snacks will be available for free will donation.
