Jordan Buck Day
Saturday September 28
On November 20, 1914, James Jordan (22 years old) harvested a massive 10 point whitetail deer near his hometown of Danbury in Burnett County, WI. Eventually, the buck was recognized as the world record by Boon and Crockett Club. It’s antlers measured 206 1/8″ according to the clubs scoring system. As of now, this record still stands.
This famous buck will be commemorated through Jordan Buck Day.
Jordan Buck Day includes a parade followed by a town and area celebration, including food trucks, booths, and musical entertainment.
