BLOCK & CLEAVER is a traditional artisan butcher specializing in locally raised and naturally smoked products.  

Block & Cleaver focuses on traditional smoked items with balanced and unique flavors. Our branded products can be found at various outlets in Wisconsin and our retail store located 1.5 hours from both the Twin Cities and Duluth.

In addition to smoked products, our retail case offers a variety of locally raised beef, heritage pork, chicken and seafood.
If you harvest an animal this fall we also offer a variety of Wild Game processing options.
