Edible Blooms: Floral Jellies and Jams

Welcome spring with a hands‑on evening of floral flavor at Edible Blooms on May 13th at 5:30 PM in the Webster High School FACE room! This beginner-friendly workshop invites you to explore the world of cooking with flowers as you create two beautiful preserves, a bright Dandelion Jelly and a fragrant Lavender Peach Jam. You will learn how to identify safe edible blooms, infuse floral flavor, test your pectin setting point, and seal your jars with confidence. Every participant leaves with two finished jars and a full recipe packet to continue experimenting at home.
Registration is $40 and closes on May 13th. The class is taught by Becky Schmidt and lasts about three hours.
