Shake off winter and step into the woods for Spring Mushrooms and Eatables, happening April 24th–25th in Webster! The weekend begins Friday, April 24th, at 5:30 PM with a presentation at the Webster High School IMC, then continues Saturday, April 25th, at 10 AM with a guided foraging walk at the Webster School Forest pavilion. Learn from longtime mycologist Tavis Lynch as you explore morels, oyster mushrooms, pheasant’s back, and other edible spring plants, all with a focus on safe and ethical harvesting. It’s a hands‑on spring adventure perfect for curious cooks and nature lovers alike!
