Believe it or not, Christmas is just around the corner! As you wrap up your Christmas shopping (or if you are just beginning to tackle your list..!) know that The Big Bundle Up operation is going strong with a local drop off location right in Siren at The Lodge at Crooked Lake!
There are many families that go without each year, but this year you can make a difference right here in Burnett County. For eight years in a row, The Big Bundle Up has worked with generous Wisconsin residents and travelers that have taken the time to donate to the program.
They are looking for new or gently used coats, mittens, hats, scarves, snow pants, and other warm clothing items that they will then take and donate to local charities in the area.
In years past, the tourism organizations involved in the program have had major success! Since the program began in 2010, the organization has collected 134,441 items for those in need across Wisconsin!
